In addition, here is some news coverage about "Dottie Mae" at the Warbird Roundup this past weekend, which was its first public unveiling. The event hosted Lary Kuhl, the aircraft's first assigned pilot who originally named the aircraft and flew 39 of his combat missions in it, Leonard Hitchman, who was one of the aircraft's original armourers, as well as Ralph VanKerkhove, who flew "Dottie Mae" on one of his 19 combat missions (all three gentleman had been by to see the restoration at Vintage Airframes in person as it progressed over the years). http://www.ktvb.com/news/local/world-wa ... /468610689

On their Facebook page, Allied Fighters mentioned today that they will be announcing the next public appearance of "Dottie Mae" soon.

Great videos fellas! Lots of familiar aircraft. In the video in the first message it appears the Corsair has a stuck gear door? I am sure I am not the first to notice it.
