Pogo, mentioned on the previous page is the Provost Brisfit preparing to fly. IIRC, Kingsbury had a pretty complete F2B replica project years ago in storage...is that still there?

Two more small ones not on the radar: 1) Steve Sachs of Lebanon, Tn. will hav his Stearman flying again by Spring. It went over on it’s back in a landing accident a year or so ago.
2) the Tennessee Museum of Aviation will have their Cessna L-19 Birddog flying in early 2018. It’s a former forestry service bird.

Not a huge project, but one of CHAA's Harvard Mk II's (AJ583/C-FHWX) will be returning to the skies in early 2018.
She has been grounded since the end of the 2014 season.

AJ583 at CHAA's 30th Anniversary Open House in 2015. She was the first Harvard acquired by CHAA in 1986.

We are doing a complete firewall forward restoration, where we've refinished all the painted metal components from their postwar bronze green to the original 1941-spec aluminum finish.
A freshly overhauled engine due to arrive from Covington's within the next couple of weeks, as well as overhauled engine accessories.
I'm also leading an effort on a number of cosmetic projects to make her look more authentic.

We're also making great progress on our long term project, Harvard Mk 4 20304/C-FBZT.
She should hopefully be back in the air (for the first time since 1964!) in 2019 or possibly 2020.
Her overhauled engine was hung at the end of September.

Yes, all indications is that Kermit Weeks' Boeing 100 will fly in 2019, and it sounds like he is determined to have it at Oshkosh (Edit: Updated to state that 2019 is now the year claimed for definite completion/first flight). It is the first one that will head out the door of Roy Rehm's shop. The final really big piece that had been remaining to be completed for these 8 Boeing 100/P-12/F4B aircraft were the stampings of the horizontal stabilizers, and that was completed this past year. The assembly of the horizontal stabilizers and elevators was just completed for Weeks' Boeing 100 back in November, and thus the aircraft is looking very close to completion. There are still some more items, concentrating around the cowlings and exhaust fairings, that have to be completed.

Following Kermit Weeks' Boeing 100, there are 3 P-12's, 3 F4B's and the Howard Hughes 100A. After Weeks' Boeing 100 flies, the next aircraft to be completed is an F4B owned by Bill Allen and the third will be an F4B completed for Jerry Yagen. The fourth example to be completed is a P-12B destined to be based in Spokane, Washington, while the P-12 for sale on Platinum Fighter Sales is owned by a Norwegian gentleman and is the 5th that is in line for completion at Roy's shop. Kermit Weeks also owns one of the P-12's and one of the F4B's, but they will be completed toward the tail-end of the full line-up. I have the impression from one of Kermit Weeks' videos, which was filmed when he visited the shop a few years ago, that once Weeks' Boeing 100 is completed, most of the rest of the aircraft will be completed in rather rapid succession, since just about everything is made and ready to be assembled/completed.

Thanks for the in-depth update, John. Do you know of an online resource for updates? My searching hasn't turned up anything, but there always seems to be an elusive Facebook page or web site lurking somewhere for these type of things.
