Petrel team visits PNG "Black Jack" B-17F wreck (41-24521)

It apparently took some delicate maneuvering, but on a recent visit to Papua New Guinea, Paul Allen's R/V Petrel team dropped their high tech ROV on the near shore wreck of B-17F-20-BO "Black Jack/The Joker's Wild" (S/N 41-24521).

I managed to grab some screen shots of their Facebook page and attach them below for non users. FB members can go directly to the R/V Petrel account and scroll down the to the original posts from 30 March 2018 using this link ...
