I visited the Vintage Wings of Canada hanger in Gatineau, Quebec, to photograph the Mustang arriving from the paint shop. I was having so much fun with my Rebel I took many pics and I am still sorting through the pictures. I have posted a few of the Mustang in my webshots album, starting with this one of it parked in the hanger...

I also got some shots of the Staggerwing when it was undergoing it's annual...

The Tiger Moth is still waiting for a few parts after it's annual...

I also couldn't resist taking a few photos of the Beaver, starting with this one...

The Spitfire also had a reflection...

I also snapped a few shots of the Jeep they use as a tug...

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

I hope to see it tomorrow, but I heard it may leave before I get a chance to see it.

That visiting Chipmunk has pretty effective camoflage for the hangar I'd say... the first photo thumbnail made me say "haha, Mike put the wrong photo up... no airplane in the picture!"... but alas, it was just a urban hangar camo chippie!

I also haven't learned how to take advantage of the feature in my camera that deals with backlighting. I would guess that is part of the reason the chippie blends into the floor.
