New P-47 owner and update!

It looks like the Dakota Territory Air Museum just bought and is taking over the former Texas Flying Legends P-47 Razorback project currently under restoration to flying condition at Air Corps Aviation.

Is this one of the P-47's that got dug out of a pit or something in New Guinea about fifteen-odd years ago?

Thanks Jesse. I remember hearing about this particular airplane many years ago. I had no idea that was it's identity.
