I just wish we could send you some of this &@#* rain.
Holding out? I haven't had time till this past weekend to process anything more. I was busy being both pit crew and driver for a car at the Monterey Historics. I've been madly thrashing to get that car going since I got back from Oshkosh. (It hadn't been on track in 25+ years. I got it out for a test day, and it had issues. Got most of those solved before Monterey, however still had issues at Monterey.) Now I'm doing my best to get through Oshkosh stuff before I leave for Reno next week. (its going to take a dedicated effort to get through 2500 pics before then.)
Yeah, the west coast could use some rain. Heck, I'll take 1 good thunderstorm over Reno late next week so I can shoot some more epic lighting shots from the pits.
Didn’t mean to suggest that you were wasting time - I know yours take a lot longer to set up, sort, and process than mine. I was just saying that I knew you still had good ones still in the queue.
I got the newest issue of Sport Aviation in the mail today. To my surprise I found 4 of my shots from Oshkosh in it. Considering the company I was in, I'm both honored and thrilled to be seen as an equal to them.
I got a few more done.
The ones in print are these. and one from the sea plane base that I didn't feel was worth uploading (go figure)
