Harrier tire pressure

Fri Nov 30, 2018 8:30 pm

Received a request from the Oakland Aviation Museum, anyone know?

"Does anyone know how to find out the correct tire pressure on the little wing gear tires on the Harrier jet? Or how one might find surplus tires for this AC? Regards, Frank Wilson Oakland Aviation Museum"

Roger, according to my Dad who has 1000 hours in the AV-8A...
"Tire pressure for outriggers is 95 psi +7, -5psi. Dry nitrogen (inert) should be used as it will not support combustion. "
