Anyone know about the status of the late Darryl Greenamyer's project Shockwave? Was it even to the point of being called a project?

I've seen plenty of pictures and video online of it on its wheels - empennage all on, as well as the wings. I don't think there's been much work done over the last decade or so. Here's a video from 2009 with Pete Law showing the various design details:
