Valveetaville? I'll have you know sir, that this is Wisconsin. The real dairy state. Not the the left coast
I'm a truck driver here, I've been sailing the seas of cheese for 38 years!! Garbs can attest to my
bona fides.

My dad was from a small farm town in western Wisconsin, so I spent a lot of time there as a kid. I went back a couple of years ago and at the entrance to the town is a statue of cow and calf, a monument donated by a local farmer and dedicated to cows and farmers.
Rest assured my use of the term was entirely affectionate.
As a kid, it was the only cheese I recall seeing in the refrigerator was the Orange Kraft stuff. Although mom would buy dad "the good stuff" when necessary.
