(recent?) Low P-51 over the ocean

Since about 2010, Snort has been airshow flying in only vintage jet types I believe - such as being lead solo in the "Black Diamond Jet Team" (which originally got started in 2010 as the "Heavy Metal Jet Team"), flying one of the Mig-17's, T-33 and L-39's in recent years (including this past year) within that display. He was also part of the two-ship "Team MS760" several years back. He has also been Draken International's chief pilot as well.

I haven't seen Dale perform any airshow displays in Mustangs for about the last 9 years now. Of course another Mustang he was well known for flying was "Glamorous Gal" when it was owned by the Baranaskas family, as seen in OD/NG's post (sold in 2012 and restored and repainted as "Frances Dell").

Come to think of it, I haven't seen him perform in any airshows in recent years. Does anybody know if he retired from the airshow biz?

Nothing new to see here. They were doing it over the English Channel and North Sea from 1942 onwards on a regular basis. Zero feet, best fast cruising speed, looking out for shipping ahead (didn't matter if they were friend or foe they would both shoot at you if approached fast and at low level), keeping an eye open for sea birds directly in your path or enemy fighters above, and waiting to hear the first signs in your radio headset of another member of your flight giving a warning call of peril or the enemy coast ahead.
