Only one hangar, across the field from the main facility, is open. And has been mentioned, this is only so he can get a tax deduction as a museum.

His operating model for newly-acquired aircraft over the past 15 years or so seems to be to fly them twice so he gets them in his logbook, then park them. Examples include the Pitcairn Autogiro, Curtiss-Wright 19R, Gee Bee Z, etc

Kermit Weeks is not like others plane collectors who are business man and have a clear business plan to cover a part of the operating cost of the collection / fleet by operating them on airshow, rides, etc.

The museum is opened on a very limited time slot not to keep sharing his collection but due of tax deduction rules.

I don't think that's necessarily the case. He is a business man and not just a collector. He just hasn't fully laid out his plan or determined what it's going to be. He makes the comment at the end of the video and has mentioned elsewhere that he's looking to make the museum self-sustaining. He knows that a museum on it's own is not a business model that works, hence his frustration that he's only open 3 days a week and the CAF wing is only one day. I truly believe he wants the collection shared and is trying to figure out a way to make sure after he's gone it continues.
