Washington Air Fair, Seattle 1990 Su-27 Question

I am in the middle of one small research, and I would like Your help to identify something if possible.

Back in summer of 1990, there were two Su-27 Flankers in Seattle. It was the end of the cold war, and It was peaceful tour. Both planes were not the Air force Flankers, but Russian Space program unarmed versions.

So here comes the question:
When Flankers went home from the US they had two stickers. I identified one after a lot of research. But there is another one, and I am without hope
Identified decal/sticker is something like funny US ANG bumper sticker...

Those two stickers are lost and forgotten small part of the history. Everybody knows that famous photo with Su-27 and Montana ANG F-16A, but nobody noticed those two stickers. I've managed to identify that ANG bumper sticker because it was on that plane for several years - including few Air shows in Russia. But that round one is removed very early. It could be anything - local US AF unit, maintenance shop, sport club, city barber... who knows. It looks like something grayish/blueish with white area down left and something yellow/red up there.

I have some photos from the Air show, but it looks like they received those stickers after the main show event or just hours before they left the scene.

The question is: what is that round sticker on the intake? You could know if You have better pictures in Your museum from that time, or You could know somebody who knows?

In 1990 two Su 27's and the AN 225 visited Abbotsford,then Seattle for Flight Fest (where one of the 27's got 'zapped' by the guys with the Shakelton who were also visiting ) for the'GOODWILL GAMES". The next week they were@ KPAE for the Washington State Official Air Fair. The 225's APU exhausts point straight down so the airport brought in two steel sheets to keep the exhaust from melting the compass rose.
When the 27's left, it was with F-15 escorts, and the four aircraft put on one whiz bang of a rat race in and around the Everett area before departing for Elmendorf and home. It was the first time I'd seen an Su 26 perform, it made go home and throw my copy of Newtons Principles in the trash-
When the 225 left that evening, it rattled windows for blocks around and had the local airport haters calling my employer to 'stop all that damned noise or I'll call the cops!" You should have heard the calls in '91 when a B-1 from Dyess FODed an engine and the engine crew finished around 2245 and decided to run her up to around zone 5-- LOTS AND LOTS OF bright blue diamonds!!! Lots and lots of cranky callers, never understood knowingly living near an airport and bitching about noise, sell your house Einstein!
