It is entitled “Never Forget, Never Give Up!” and tells my story of trying to save SNJ-2 BuNo 2549 which was assigned to Rear Admiral Aubrey Fitch as a “Blue Goose”. The story I discovered about the men associated with its crash and discovery were what inspired me.
I struggled for four years to make this dream come true and this article details what the NHHC did about it. While bureaucracy may have set me back, I still intend to see some form of BuNo 2549 back in the air someday.
