This is how I do it.

I just copy and paste the BBCode link from Flikr. I then delete what ends up being the second half of that link, everything after .......6d46_o.jpg[/img][/url]

Agreed. I usually tab my best guess as to which format works best for a particular forum board then use the preview function. 75-80% of the time I also change the size.

Truth be told, I find Imgur easier to use.
