I daresay the positioning of relief tube and Gosport mouthpiece on the front of the Blenheim's Mercury engines must've made their use during flight a challenge.

How ever did RAF crews manage to differentiate between the two during the confusion of combat?

Seventeen on the field plus a BBMF Mk XIX PM631 sporting a red tipped spinner that did not land.
