What's a "WMB" on a B-17?

What's a "WMB" on a B-17?

I'm going through the pilot reports for B-17G 42-102875, and one item that keeps showing up is "Pilot's and co-pilot's WMB inop.":

Anyone know what a WMB is? Over to the experts...
