The FAA site shows the DC-3A used in "Strategic Air Command" N18939 (s/n 2005) de-registered in Long Beach in 1976. Did it survive? Thanks.

Withdrawn from service Sept. 1968.

Strange that it still shows on the Register, even if deregistered, I wonder why it isn't deleted like all other aircraft ??
