If this had been announced a couple months ago, I would have been skeptical because I wouldn't have thought anything other than the MAM aircraft and the Tri-State FW190 would make the journey. That's a long trip for rare aircraft from Erickson, but the fact that we already know they're coming already exceeds what I would have expected if this had been announced earlier. Really looking forward to hearing what else is coming!

Gonna be a fun one for sure!!!

This is the list I came up with in the US. Sadly FHCAM will probably not send anything. Planes of Fame is a stretch too, but they have in the past. Considering they have both a 190 and hopefully the 109/Buchon will be finished, maybe they can justify the trip with both like Erickson is doing.

FW-190's
-N19027 (FHCAM)
-N190AF (Tri State Warbird Museum)
-N190BR (Yagen)
-N190DK (Gosshawk)
-N190RF (POF)
-N447FW (Erickson)
-Collings FW-190 F8 (Under restoration)

BF-109/Buchon
-N342FH (FHCAM)
-N109GY (Yagen)
-N90602 (Erickson)
-Buchon (Planes of Fame)

ME-262's
-N262AZ (Collings)
-N262MF (Yagen)
-FHCAM original

JU-52
-N352JU (Yagen)

BF-108's & Storch's

So there is a good chance of 3 190's, 2 109's, 2 262's and a Ju-52..amybe even colling's storch..

exciting!

Sean

A Bf 109E (yellow nose) from Canada attended TOM 2008.

Anything else north of the border?

That was the Russell Group Emil. It has been sold and now resides in the UK.

Surprisingly enough, TOM got the Legacy Flight aside the Blue Angels. It just doesn't list the squadron. More than likely Super Hornets or Growlers since they already have the F-35A. I don't think the Navy is sending the F-35C to shows that have the F-35A.

Both of those aircraft were/ are scheduled to be at AirExpi in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in July, they'll probably just stash them somewhere, maybe hit Oshkosh? Then Thunder? Just guessing.

There was supposed to be a few airshows the pair were going to prior to TOM. I forget which. Oshkosh will not be one of them.

So TOM is still happening for sure? I normally go visit my mom in July to coincide with Oshkosh and last year lucked out TOM was the following week. I want to schedule my vacation at work around some airshow and maybe get this and Cleveland as long as they are still a go also.

I was wondering too, only aircraft listed in attractions are the Angels.

As of today, Michigan only allows outdoor gatherings of 100 or fewer. I'll hope for the best, but I'm not counting on TOM happening. Hope I'm wrong though.

Maybe we should self identify as protesting activists and get a waiver on those pesky crowd limits !

We shall see, got to be very difficult close to impossible to make the plans months in advance that airshows require in the current climate
