I'm taking a wild guess as to what the nose art on this RAAF P-40 may mean. Below is all I could come up with. I'd also like to know who the four gentlemen are and what RAAF Squadron is represented.
No shortage is heroism by means of mission tallies.

WHACKO!!! - An exclamation expressing anticipation, approval or delight.

GINNY SIMMS - was an American popular singer and film actress. Simms sang with big bands and labeled with Dinah Shore, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Jo Stafford, and others. She also worked as an MGM and Universal film actress and appeared in 11 movies from 1939 to 1951, when she retired.

Like many stars, Ginny Simms was active in entertaining troops during World War II. After the war ended, she continued to help servicemen. In 1947, a radio station's newsletter noted: "[N]ow she is helping provide new homes for them. Ginny is sponsoring the construction of 450 homes for vets in Los Angeles.

These photos generated a lot of interest in Australia.

See the following forum for answers on Who, What, Where pertaining to the two photos, plus additional photos from the unit involved (76 Sqn RAAF).

Did they install their 303 caliber machine guns or use our 50 caliber guns?
