Not sure if this is the proper place for this info post, but here goes.....
I want to warn felloe members about a problem with Pay Pal. I needed to dispute a transaction. After going through a myriad of prompts, verification questions, being told the call is being reworded, etc., a recorded message comes on to announce customer service is closed because of the COVIN-18 threat. OK, I get that, but could the message be issued earlier in the process instead of wasting 30 minutes of my time.? I should add this has been rocking on since March. If they ever return and check their voice and email, they will get an ear full. So, when you use PP, bear in mind their customer service is closed,
