Interesting V-12 Ranger engine on ebay

Sun Jun 04, 2006 5:40 am

Not sure how rare these things are but a bit of a surprise to see one on ebay,

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ranger-V-12-520-HP-air-cooled-1941-45_W0QQitemZ4646594455QQihZ002QQcategoryZ26437QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I think one was used in a T6 version at one time (and that there is a static replica being created in a US Museum, perhaps they are interested in this engine?)

Say Craig did you ever find a pair for your AT-21 project? Might br more resonable than the one in SA

Looks like they must be selling it to finance the purchase of a better camera...

There's a ranger v-12 for sale on barnstormers down in Fla.
I think it was a pull from an AT-21
