.During my time, safety briefings were mandatory no matter if it was a local flight or a between city flight. I’m sure it didn’t change. There is a lot of excitement and build up to a flight we always understood a lot of it would go in one ear and out the other so the key elements of the flight were re-iterated a few times. One thing at always befuddled me was people would pay their money, get their sticker and told when the briefing would happen. Are you positive? I ask, because when N692CK was in Thom's hangar he referred to it as a customer's aircraft. It has since been at American Aero Services for a while and appears that it may be completed by the end of the year.
