Can we still call this 'gun camera footage'?

OK...just wow and stunning! Tks for sharing.

Unique POV camera location. At the tip of the gun extension.

Even better....360 control...Wonder if they replaced the trigger on the grip with a joystick POV switch!!!!

Anyone has a pic of the camera assembly??? Including the camera pivoting mechanism? The whole shabang?

Tks again.

Awesome video - Thanks for posting!!!

I believe that with a 360 camera mounted on the cannon barrel , the camera picks up the entire 360 degree field of view and one can choose what perspective you’d like to use after the fact. I’ve seen the cockpit footage of the Blue Angels from a single seat Hornet where the view is changing but the pilot is not controlling the camera, but flying the plane.

I am planning on buying a 360 camera at some point and hope to send it aloft with Warbird pilots to capture this type of amazing footage. Feel free to start a go- fund me campaign so I can get one!! :D

I too assume that it was a 360-view (hemisphere?) camera that was edited to a single view. It was flying with it on the cannon on most flights so far, but in the cockpit for the first.
