Big Grey - do you mean the PBY with the blue shroud over the bow/cockpit? If so, that is not the ex-Biggin Hill N423RS which I understand is not actually with American Aero but is parked on a lot adjacent to their facility. It shows the Collings Foundation former Canso A N983CF which is for sale as they now have the former PBY-5A N459CF, ex-PH-PBY. Or have I missed a photo?

There 3 PBYs on site, one with the tarp, one in the hangar and one across the street. This one is across the street.

That one with the green tarp across the street is the ex-Biggin Hill N423RS. The other one on AAS's lot with the blue tarp is N983CF and the one in their hangar is N459CF. Thanks for the updates confirming ongoing presence. I think they also still have the wing from PBY-6A N7057C.

As MKD1966 and Dan K stated, the P-40 in the photos is the ex-Chris Kirchner P-40N 42-105120. It has been converted to two seat "TP-40N" configuration, like Thom Richard's, but is not the factory-style TP-40N like Collings (which should now be in England, I would think) or Kermit Weeks'.

After 42-105120 was purchased by its current owner, it was initially sent to Thom Richard's facility at Warbird Adventures where it was to receive a newly overhauled engine, new fuel tanks in the wings, and the "TP-40N" conversion matching Thom Richard's example. At some point the decision was made to send it to American Aero Services, where it has been for at least two years now, I believe. Photos of the fuselage/wing, as also shared on Matt's website last August, had shown it completely stripped down to bare metal at American Aero Services.
