The pics of the Cobras, P-40 and Mustang remind me of the early CAF literature. They would have pics of large formations of different aircraft at Harlingen. For example, most of their bomber types in one big formation. I would love to see a picture taken someday of all the USAAC types in formation. To include the P-38, P-39,P-40, P-47, P-51 and P-63. The old CAF pics were always taken looking down at the formations.
