The funny thing is these days, when dealing with the Germans in WW2, you HAVE to have one from this list:
* Jewish solider
* African-American solider (at least 50% likely from a unit which was all-white during the real war)
* Woman in a combat role
* A secret that will win the war for the allies
The first three are part of the "you gotta be PC in your plot to get a movie green-lit these days". The last is just silly, comic-book-inspired writing.

Movie looks a clunker however.

Except for the plot, dialogue, acting and bad CGI I think it looks great!

I flew Wild Cargo in the film and we had a really great time.
Craig Hosking was absolutely amazing to work with and I learned a ton from him.
The movie is what it is, but the flying was a kick.

Neat! How did Wild Cargo do doing the filming? I live near MAAM and have loved the Wild Cargo flights during your air shows, you specially the “missed approaches”!!

She did great throughout the filming.
We all really enjoyed being a part of it and the entire cast was great to work with.
We had some challenging shots and it gave me a great appreciation for filming aerial scenes with many aircraft in one shot.
I’m glad you enjoy MAAM, it’s a great place, looking forward to Warbirds Over The Beach.

The aerial shots were beautiful. The aircraft looked beautiful. Really feast for the eyes.

That's what everyone I've talked with who either flew in the "Pearl Harbor" movie said, as well as the locals who lived there at the time. The thing all of them said when asked was, "Well, it was really neat to [either watch or fly in] when it was being filmed..."

Maybe a fan can edit the movie to take out all the crappy bits and do a new story and include in all the good flying bits.
