This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

We'll be there Monday-Thursday. If I hear anything on the 109, I'll post it here.

Looks like there's a Bearcat in Warbird Alley now as well, the nose is just barely visible on the webcam when it gets to that spot.
The blue looks too dark to be the "Blue Angel" Bearcat and no visible numbers on the cowling so possibly the Tom Woods Family Bearcat...
Mike
The "Blue Angel" Bearcat is now parked on the ramp.

Looks like Tim Savage’s A26 has returned with the new owner. Wonder if Tim will bring his TBM ? Silver Dragon was and still is amazing.

The webcams are offering a greater variety of views and seem to be clearer , at least until the spiderwebs take over.

Museum of Mountain Flying in Missoula, Montana is bringing their DC-3 NC24320 ex-C-47A 43-15731 'Miss Montana", to Oshkosh.
NC24320 is historic in its own right, being the plane that the ill-fated smoke jumper crew parachuted from during the tragic 1949 Mann Gulch fire.
See author Norman Maclean's award winning book Young Men and Fire for details on that event.
It was also a member of the "D-Day Squadron" of DC-3s which crossed the Atlantic in 2019 to be a part of the 75th Anniversary of the Normandy invasion.

What are the powered gliders that you see in the green dot camera? Two of them are yellow in color and the other is white.

Yellow ones look like Schweizer SGM 2-37s, think the white one is an Aeromot AMT-200 Super Ximango.

For those of us that can't be there - I really appreciate the live cameras to be able to watch stuff as it happens - but man I wish they would add another camera over the Mustang corral... Thank you in advance to all of you that start posting photos...

I don't see either of the 109's or the Tigercats...opted for Tuesday as they are supposed to get more storms Tuesday night into Wednesday. Hope I made the right call.

Both of the '109s are there, parked in the Mustang corral section (can't be seen on the webcams).
