News article with more information: Big Horn County is Selling 16 Vintage Aircraft in Online Auction, and Bids Start at $25

The 16 aircraft currently available are:

The missing auction numbers are for 5 ground vehicles. For the full list, including non-aircraft items, see: Current Auctions for Big Horn County WY

It is worth noting, as mentioned in post in another thread, all but one of these airframes were listed for sale in 2021. The sole new addition is N9234C/14143. (However, in the last listing, N8056D was previously incorrectly identified as N80560 and N4846N as N125HP.)

Its mostly junk. The 97s that are being auctioned are junk. We own two that are not on the list.

What is happening with the museum aircraft?
Is the museum still there?

The news article linked above mentions the museum remains as so but they aren't interested in any of the auction aircraft as they would be duplicates to the existing collection.

A friend sent me photos of a museum Neptune which was never converted for firefighting. A nice, stock example.
