Okay, we've breached the subject of cameras and lenses, how about photo printers.

1. What are you guys using?

2. Are you happy with it?

3. Any recommendations?

I'm not buying today, but down the road I will be looking. Thanks in advance......

Roger, we have an Epson R2400 and a R320 Both have been great trouble free printers. The R2400 can run 13x19 or a roll 13x44(don't even want to think of the ink bill for that print) one of the things we like about the 2400 is the different media that can go though it as well as flat stock up to 1.3mm thick. My mother had a stroke last year right after Thunder over mich. so when the 2400 came out I was running their water color paper/illustration board though it so she could practice painting for theropy. She just pastaway the day before mothers day this year.... so for me it has been a very good mulitask printer. Everything from redoing wedding photos for family to paint by number (my friends send theirs out..cheaper.. but the the instant gratification and paint by numbers would have had a time delay wouldn't have worked in my world at the time...) pricey but to us worth it

Thanks for the reply, might be a little pricier than I was planning, but an option to consider.

I noticed the R320 is limited to a maximum of 8x10's, how is the print quality look on that one?

Anybody else?

Roger, they will also print letter(8.5x11) boarderless, good for multiple photos on the same page to cut out.

The droplet size on the 320 and 2400 are the same but the 2400 has 8 ink cart. vs 6 so the colors are better on the 2400 and the blacks can be changed out for better black and white pics (the artsie wedding and baby pics). My cousin has the R800 and it does a wonderfull job also the resolution is slightly better 1.5 picolitter droplets vs 3.....If your budget can do it take a look at the R800 he is very happy with his.

Epson has a good support network at our local store (CompUSA) there seems to always be one of their reps in there to answere any questions. I've only used them before buying.. but its nice to see the company have them there if needed. (one of them told me to either wait becouse the the R2400 was coming out and to either get that or the price on the R2000 that was being replaced was getting cut big time.. we waited, it did, but still bought the R2400) When I see the rep again I ask about the R800..

Thanks for the additional info Tony, as of today, with my truck in the shop, looks like my purchase may be down the road a bit longer than I planned.
