Looks like I'll be in the photo tour & pit for Saturday with you Mike. I just need to send my money in.

Sounds great! Catherine will be there as well, or at least she will have her seat there. It seems like a really good deal to me. If you want to get up and leave you can. You seat will be there when you get back. So you can go out to the ramp to get the pictures of statics and aircraft starting, then jog back to the tent to watch, in the shade, the aircraft taxy by. I am really looking forward to this show.

I'm making my plans now to attend again. Not sure if the 'wife' will be accompanying me, we have to see about her work schedule. Looks like I will miss Geneseo though, I have this 'honeymoon' or something to do instead, as we are getting married July 1st!

Last year the group Photo did not work out very well, the same time the photo was to take place the Bf-109 was taxing out to ake off, Most off us decided that the 109 took priority over a picture of ourselves. We'll ahve to come up with a better plan for this year. Maybe late in the day would be best.

Those of you that have cell phones make sure you PM me for the WRG number (I don't want to openly publish it yet) ah hell, the number is 508-471-3959. Make sure you write it down so that if things get wonky for the group pic you have a chance of finding the new info.

Don't count on me to be there, I received no updates concerning my participation to the show, so I'm heading to Michael Potter's place on August the 5th.

Scott, Just added your number to my cell, for the trip. I agree with Tim, I made the jump to the group photo instead of watching the 109 taxi out, as I'd missed the group photo for the previous years, and didn't want that to happen again. It was a great chance to meet some of the other WIX members in person, that I'd only seen posted before........

Hey Tim, Mike et al, Bernadette and I will be there again this year. Bill and his wife are also coming. We are booked into the Holiday Inn Express and maybe we can plan a good dinner together Friday or Saturday night and a meeting at the HIE or Hampton.

Has a decision been reached on where everybody is going to meet at? We should be arriving with the Tracker around 11 or 12 on Friday and are cuurently slated to sit static all weekend which is a real bummer.

That sounds great. We'll show up sometime Friday afternoon. I'm still waiting to hear if Broken-Wrench will be coming along with us (Chuck???).

I figure that we'll gather in one of the 2 lobbies each night, so everyone stop by and say hello!

Rhinebeck this weekend and Thunder next! Lots of Fun.

Look forward to seeing everyone and the show.

Tim

Unfortunatly the Spitfire (TE308) won't be able to attend, but I still hope to attend. We were not able to replace some parts in the gear in time.

Darn, I was really hoping to see your Spit Mr. Greenwood. Hopefully I will be able to see her next year in my travels. Looks like the Brit theme is falling apart in the way of Spits :(
