44-72907 was restored by Dan Martin, 44-74469 was completed by midwestAero in Danville a few days before oshkosh note the N# in this Photo, as well as diffrent tail #'s Martin's is 473108, this one is 472196

I take it you are confused about the different "Red Dog" Mustangs out there? Simple. The first P-51D to be restored in those colors was Duane Doyle's ex-Connie Edwards 44-72907 N334FS. The second one to get the same colors is Dan Baun's 44-74469 N1251D, and pretty soon the TF-51 seems set to join the "Red Dog" family.
