A dear friend and fellow hanger flyer recently passed away. His son called me and asked me if I wanted his airplane pictures. WOW he has a bunch...several thousand. I have just started going through them and I thought these would be interesting. (the little captions are his stickers placed on the photos)

Sorry to hear of your friend's passing...
I must say however that I'm grateful this fella's son decided that these photos should be passed on to someone
who might appreciate them instead of pitching 'em all.

Great pics , thanks for posting.
The '109' is actually a Hispano HA1112 Buchón (a Spanish built 109 with a RR Merlin)

IIRC the Condor Legion paint job was for its cameo appearence in the 1976 flick Hindenburg.
