Holy Crap! Mark Morris! Hey Bud! I sent him an email asking him how and who gave them to him, I really don't care as I love to share that stuff and the quality he has upon the net is crap anyway.

How did this person get E-Fighter Film..?? This is Copy Righted Material and belongs to E-Fighter Production. Something Needs to be done on this. I did not approve of this, nor did this person ask Permission to use this.

It seems that once you post a video in the public domain, it will most likely appear on YouTube!

This happened to me after I posted a link to footage I shot of the Kennet aviation Seafire at Old Warden on the various forums.

I then set up a YouTube account so I could post my airshow videos there, and this was the first one I uploaded. To my surprise, it appeared again few days later, as someone else had saved the video from the link I had posted, and decided to upload it!

I e-mailed the uploader, politely pointing out that it would have been nice to have asked if it was O.K and that I had already taken the trouble to upload it there (no point in duplicates I pointed out), so could they kindly remove it. Now, they did do this, but their initial reply was a tad rude and arrogant to say the least, and there was several heated e-mails exchanged along the way! :x

I now notice that someone has uploaded a copy of Peter Teichman's P40 display which I also shot at Old Warden (again already uploaded to YouTube), but in view of what happened with the Seafire clip, I have not bothered to ask them to remove it.

Despite the warning from YouTube about copyrighted material, I can tell you that not many people take this advice!
