airport (KAWO) to Paine Field (KPAE).

But how many of their aircraft actually fly? The Bf109 was shipped to the US before it flew, and appears to have been parked since arriving, the same appears to be the case for the Fw190.

Not many, the combat-veteran P-51 showed up at Oshkosh '05 and thats the only plane of FHC that I've ever seen fly. There are pictures on the FHC website but I don't think they fly the planes alot, Steve Hinton is one if not the only person who flys those planes, decision well understood though.

This year P-51,P-47,Spitfire,P-40,Storch and PO2. P-51,P-40,P-47 all in the air at the same time at seafair.PO2,Storch, Mustang at Arlington, P-51 and Spit at Arlington.

Great. Maybe at Paine Field I can find the place!
I went to Arlington last year and couldn't find the museum...the only thing I saw was a tattered old WWII hangar.

Remember the vets, the wonderful planes they flew and their sacrifices for a future many of them did not live to see.

It is hard to find, we used to call it area 51, it.s on the SW side of the airport in regular hangars, and if you are there on any day except Fri or Sat it's closed. Hopefully that will all change at Paine.

You will find a map link for the FHC. The old hanger you are referring to is the former "Air Station Museum". There is a map link for that one as well.
