Speaking of the old Y boat, does anyone know what happened to the one that Hawkins & Powers was working on? Was it owned by them? did it get auctioned off?

FOF's newest aquisition was based at Tamiami (TMB) and was owned by Charlie Largay(sp) for some years. With respect to the TIHGAR PBY, my understanding is that it is nearly completed and still at Greybull. I was contacted about a month ago as to flight training and checking by the individual who seeks to operate this Cat for the owner. So, who knows, we may see this airplane airborne once more.
