Roger also keeps a T-34, T-28 and maybe even a T-6 there as well.
John gets back into town tonight so we may have a report from him Tomorrow morning.
As a note to local Wixers. If you are interested in having some beers, dinner, and lots of warbird talk, come on out to the CAF's Hanger Dance this Saturday...

'Nerd,
No news on the status of the Austin airport but I would guess there's about a .001% chance of it flooding because of its proximity to the river and it's elevation in relation to it. I'll call him tonight for an update.
The only airplanes I saw of interest in Chihuahua Mexico was a T-33 on a stick out in the sagebrush and two DC-4's which appeard to be derelict but complete and in good condition from a distance. Since I was on the companies dime I didn't have a lot of opportunities to set out on my own. Not much else to see there but big, industrial city in the middle of the desert.
