So Paul...you're saying that Scott should chance your nickname to "sugar daddy"?

Naw, actually they have jobs and help pay for car expenses and recreational shopping, but I'm not immune to slipping my daughters a few bucks
once in a while to have fun since they're great kids getting good grades and staying out of trouble. Their charm is pretty irresistible[/i]

Oh, no -- I don't want to insult your children in the process!

You and I must think alike...my wife and I have often voiced that concern about our two boys (ages 12 & 14) given the way we acted while dating in high school.

my girls do talk back to me and give me a hard time in gest, with cascades of laughter at my expense that soon follows. With the rapid advancement in the sharp wits of my 16 year old twins and 12 year old, I'm getting away with less and less smart talk much to the glee of my wife, but that's ok....as the only men in the house, the retriever and I can bond and he's a giver...always wanting to share his rawhide or tattered, stuffed raccoon with me.

Yes, and I'm outnumbered...no fair! It's amazing how advanced the needling skills are at such a tender young age.

Oh stop! Think of how dull your life would be without them! I remind my father of that every time I see him! Of course, that's usually because I'm trying to convince him that I need his boat much more than he does! I also remind him that I'm his favorite............
Hmmmm.........maybe that's why HE drinks whiskey........

Only girl? OMG, your dad doesn't stand a chance with your daddy's little girl skills. So let's cut to the important issue at hand, did you get to use the boat?

Flyboy, I don't want to USE the boat, I want to HAVE the boat -- I want to use it as my home! Sail south for the winter months..........ah, that'd be the life (did I mention that I hate being back up here in the cold northeast? And it's not even cold yet!) -- He has two of them, and he can only sail one at a time! I'm being nice, too -- he can keep the larger of them!

Ahhh soo...
After all, you can live on a boat, but you can't sail your house. No property taxes on a boat, no crappy winter weather. So many advantages. That's sooo big-hearted of you to leave him the bigger boat.

I'm definitely getting my a*s handed to me today in the battle of the nicknames. C'mon Scott, throw me a bone here (down beachgirl, down!) Besides, I know my mom is proud of me--prop or no prop!

Are you just noticing the name change NOW?????
That's sooo big-hearted of you to leave him the bigger boat
Yeah, heck -- I don't need much space. I'm fairly low-maint.......for a female...........
