A-20G boston/Havoc coming to Australia?

Thu Dec 21, 2006 4:59 am

Rumars are growing that a aussie warbirder has acquired Howard Hughes A-20G Boston to fly in oz.

Soon we might have in QLD flying and in OZ overall -

Hudson
Beaufort
Boston

The above 3 are all WW2 RAAF operated types....all very RARE ultra rare...

And local imported sWB includes non RAAF but nices -

B26
and 5 x TBM/BF Avngers in Qld also.

Just need a flying B-25 and a flying B17 and it would be nice

NSW is more fighter country we have fighters galore here, but few bombers

That would most likely be Robert Waltrips, also known on this board as the LSFM A-20
