Here are some pictures of F4-B BuNo. 153019 when it was assigned to VF-201 while stationed at NAS Dallas. This is probably around 1983 due to the VTS-6 Missle mounted on the centerline hardpoint. LTV offered the VTS-6 as its entry into the Navy's YAQM-127A SLAT (Supersonic Low-Altitude Target) competition in 1983.

Doing some searching for imformation on this particular Phantom, I found that it actually had some combat history.

F-4B-26-MC
Unit: VF-213, US Navy
Serial: 110/NH (BuNo.153019)
Crew: Lt.David McCrea and Ens David Nichols. USS Kitty Hawk, Vietnam. On 20th December 1966 they shot down by AIM-7E Vietnamese An-2.

I also found that it was listed as on display at NAS Key West back in 1996. Anyone know if it is still there?
