Part info wanted. Flare launcher S-58/HSS-1/H-34

Anyone who can ID this part for me? Maybe tell me where I can get one? It was mounted on the landing gear strut of Belgian Sikorsky HSS-1/S-58. It's a launcher for flares to illuminate the sky during night rescue operations. The flares itself were like a big tube screwed to this launcher. Any info welcome.
I believe the flare itself says:
Flare Helicopter
Ground Indicating
And reconnaissance
