A B-26. You could take a few friends up and go to different shows. Its rare enough to be noticed everywhere. And it has beautiful lines.

Assuming I already have two-seat Mustang (Catherine would not let me have all the fun by myself)... I probably wouldn't coose another fighter.

I like what Tim Savage has... a Beech 18. It would be an excellant want to go from airshow to airshow with family and friends. Of course mine would have to be in RCAF markings.

Do you want to find locations of displayed, stored or active aircraft? Then start with the The Locator.
Do you want to find or contribute to the documented history of an aircraft? If so then start with the Airframes Database.

My wife would not let me own a single seat Corsair for the same reason

F4U-4 Corsair marked as a Naval Reserve aircraft at Olathe NAS (just an interesting scheme you'd never see). Ive just always had a thing for Corsairs. :)

Hmmm...not being selfish and going for a single seat.....maybe a Fw 200 Kondor , got to be one of the most elegant aircraft around.

At this point in time, I would take a Helldiver, probably a -5 as they have a much nicer cockpit layout than the earlier models.

A P-38 Lightning! It's been the warbird of my dreams since my childhood.

My next choice would be a B-25.
