I finally found a web site for Barbie III ~ http://b25barbieiii.com/

And it seems they are out at Falcon Field, Mesa, AZ this winter and offering rides !

Anyone out in that direction who can confirm this ?

They have been here for over a yr. Came out for a winter and did better than they had hoped for.

Falcon Field is the home for 3 B-25s right now,B-25H Barbi III, B-25J Maid in the Shade and B-25J Ole Grey Mare

Thanks for the site. Thought maybe some of you would like to see this B-25H, N5548N, 43-4106 long before she became Barbie III. Photo was taken by Vince Reynolds in Dec 64, somewhere up in Indiana and is scanned for a duplicate slide in my collection. Enjoy, John Kerr

My guess on the location of the picture would be South Bend, IN since that is where Bendix Corporation was located. At that time I believe South Bend's airport was even called Bendix field (not really sure on when the name changed).

What's that thing on the wingtip nav light? Reminds me of one of those aerobatic horizon references...but somehow I doubt that would be needed on a Mitchell...

That's a Great looking B-25! I look forward to seeing it at Thunder Over Michigan in July. I wonder if it might offer rides then?
