Heh Don, do you know the id's of that F-104 and F-89?

Thanks for sharing Don. I love the shot of the Mohawks, the OV-1 is my favorite post-WWII warbird. I've never had the pleasure of seeing that many complete Mohawks in one location

I'm Glad you guys like them. I'll see what I can do about ID's, Scott. I may have some information coming on the F-89. I do know that it eas the last Scorpion the MEANG flew and in 1969, it was flown to the Waterville Airport and the pilot was Nick Erimeta, later commander of the 101st AREFW, who blew out all of the tires trying to stop before he ran off the runway(It was a little on the short side!). As far as the F-104 goes I've heard that it's gone from Tom Reilly's place, but.............................

Consider it thrown!

, but , first I raise my Moxie in salute to a most worthy adversary!

As for you outlanders, be advised, even under duress, we only have each others best interest at heart!

I thought the term was "Maine-iac", not "Mainer".

"Maine-iacs" is the term for the MEANG. Maine-iac in all other instinces are people from away who LOVE MAINE SO MUCH, THEY HAVE TO BE ONE!
The rest of us are just Mainers! Finest Kind!

Now if you two would stop the infighting we could get on with promoting the State to the world. And more importantly convincing them that there is more state North of Waterville.
Question, in the F-104 picture is that an B-25 nose in the right corner? If not it seems to look like a WWII bomber nose.

The Aircraft to the right of the 104 is a Privateer. at the time(11yrs ago) they were talking about removing the tail and refitting it as a B-24?!

I don't know what's happened since.
Colonel, I have no fear of the BIG BOX! Bring it on! And If we had our way North of Waterville I-95 would make a big loop and head back for NH

Ok sorry for the long wait I was moving. But for all of you yes life and people are in the North, Moose are grand and if you could find a way to get me Moxie in Philadelphia that would be great! AS for the Potatos in a barrel, that is subject to a lot of stuff and the math is not waht I want to think about for now. I never had a Blueberry rake, I grew up in Potatoe fields. The Beries are Washington County!!
What have I missed?
