Seriously, in the second photo it would almost appear as though the fellows are mixing cement. Is the machine being set up as some kind of memorial?

Looks like a patriotic display being installed in a park? Maybe with the arrows to show how the plane survived a vicious attack by our fighters? Kind of like a CSI type deal showing the bullet paths. Notice the light pole in the one picture, I don't think she parallel parked while landing! :lol:
