I went to the birmingham museum in febuary of 2006. I had to ask the front office to see it. It was just the unrestored nose. The wings are on display outside uncovered? That is a bad move. I hope they restore it atleast to where it is a fully assembled wrecked airplane. Thanks for the pictures

where is the rest of the plane unaccounted for in this thread??? such as center fuselage, stabilizers, engines, ultra rare lower turret, twin tails, etc????

The top turret looks in pretty good shape too... is that the original glass there? It is amazing what cold fresh water can do to preserve a plane... the paint is in great shape considering the age!
