I have never been in on ... static or flying any b-17. P-38 yep P-51 yep etc etc but never a 17. maybe its some kind of psychological barrier...

I tried, but whatever malfunction caused the duplicate also removed the "x" needed to delete the post.

You can delete a duplicate post as soon as you realize it has happened but
only before someone else posts to the thread. Vlado just posted multiples
on the "Pucker Factor" thread..he can backtrack out of it by clicking the
X on the last duplicate first, until he's down to one post.

Although the caption says it is a B-17D. It isn't.
