For Tulio 201st FS MEAF

Tail of a Nell? Looks more like an Oscar left outer wing panel.

I believe that the wing section came from an Oscar. Probably abandoned at the airfield, since the Mexican 201st Squadron did not engage in air to air combat, and did not have any air to air victories.

The caption said insignia painted on tail of wrecked Japanese bomber.
Based on that it looks like a Nell?

Cool pic!

I would have to agree that it is a fighter type wing considering the meatball on it with the white surround.
