We have overall medium gray lawn darts carrying antennas and external pods around here all the time, the NAVY uses them out of NAS Whidbey to train navigators in EA 6's and now EFA-18 Growlers since the Gulfstream 1's were retired, its a contractor company.
We also, upon occasion see U.S. ARMY marked DHC-7's in and out of KPAE doing whatever or transiting to/from Alaska (checking Sarahs sight lines to Russia?), I don't let it bother me because I'm not doing anything suspicious and there's damn3d little I could do about it anyway.
just because you're paranoid don't mean they're not out to get you-

The media has admitted there has been a top-secret spying program. So the question is have you seen anything in the air which could've been involved in this? Thanks,

Then it was not the media spying on us? Why did then, the media "admitted" to a spying program in the first place?
warrantless communications surveillance program, that does not require an airplane to achieve.

I was answering based on your original post.
You stated that the media had admitted to a spying program.
By law, the CIA cannot conduct espionage on American soil.
If anyone would do this, by law, would be the Fibbers or other agencies.
So, how do I know, you ask?
Education- Knowledge- Experience- Educated guesses- Research- and most important, by not being paranoid over every little bit of news that comes my way.
