Yes, 3390 was one of the Simmons Yales. It was used as a parts plane for one of 3350's former owners and Leon bought it in 1973. I've got a copy of it's service card, and there's not much on it. I know it served at Camp Borden in 1940-41, and it went to Noorduyn for complete overhaul from Nov. '44 to Feb. '45. Other than that I don't know where it was.

BTW the engine only has 1.55 hours on it since overhaul! Too bad it's due for another...

Tom, yes we did go through Wakeman on our way back up to #2. It was Thursday about 2:30-3:00. Sorry, I didn't know you lived so close!
I'm also in search of a T-6/Harvard wheel, as the good looking tire seen in the pics belongs to CHAA, and they want it back.

Tires aren't a problem as CHAA has a few bald ones out behind the hangar, but I need a rim to mount one on to move it around.
