I was a ramp rat for Chaparral Airlines (then absorbed by American Eagle) back in the 1980's...

Not me, but my uncle Tommy Cassibry was a baggage handler for Ozark at Paducah from 1969 to 1986 and then with (as he called it) "Teeny Weeny Airlines" in St. Louis until he retired. He used to have a Mooney Cadet he always wanted to repaint in Ozark livery, and I'll always be grateful to him for introducing me to the Oshkosh air show.

American (nearly a year..furlough), Central (9 years...merger), Frontier (20 years...bankruptcy), Continental (5+ years...finally retired). Thirty one of those years flew as Captain and have no desire to fly airplanes anymore!
